职位描述

1. Sample trafficking. Prepare samples loan required by media and liaison with media. To assist and recommend properly sample for media shooting ,Follow-up samples shooting status to match different media requirement.

2. Sample arrangement. Well organized sample loan and safe. To ensure sample room always in order tidy, as well as all every sample loan is in record.

3. Gathering information from photo shooting arrangement and media inquires to draft part of monthly PR report.

4. Prepare materials to deliver to media, such as sample list, press release and news letter.

5. Supporting media events execution, particular projects or brand events implementation.

6. In charge of sample list composing and support PR manager on new letter composing.

7. Responsibility for particular project to be agreed with PR manager.

Digital Communication:

1. Support content and category manager on EDM, routine document translation and coordination with EC team.

2.Compose Wechat content 1 post per week including H5 application on campaign promotion.
