与施耐德国外研发中心平行开发PLC/PAC 类产品。工业控制或网络研发背景，８年以上相关工作经验。英语口语要好，需要经常进行跨国电话沟通。

1. Lead Product development & delivery

？ Lead design team to develop products that satisfy Functional Specifications and User Requirements

？ Guidance of project development life cycle including design, related unitary tests

？ Make sure every deliverable comply with IEC standards and processes approved/defined by corporate

？ Lead planning, development, deployment, and enhancement of product(s)

2. Quality Assurance

？ Ensure design process well implemented in daily work

？ Lead or participate regular product quality improvement activities

？ Ensure appropriate level of quality by adhering to work practices

3. Knowledge Management

？ Keep updated on new technologies

？ Liaise with other teams to share information and assist in analysis where required

？ Provide feedback for continues improvement

？ Maintain up to date documentation

？ Develop product expertise in one or more areas

？ Identify opportunities for future product improvement

4. Team management

？ Maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders

？ Monitoring the performance and development processes of the team

？ Support team to identify & resolve problems

？ Work in conjunction with team to facilitate and promote knowledge and skills enhancement

？ Keep good relationship with global design team

Compulsory Requirement:

？ Good Written and Spoken English

？ Good understanding of firmware design fundamental

？ More than 5 years on product design based on VxWorks

？ Familiar with source code quality management tools

？ Plenty experience on firmware design, and functional test

？ Plenty knowledge on Ethernet

？ Team spirit, collaborative, good communication skills, detail oriented and flexibility

？ Strong analysis, problem solving and creative thinking skills

？ Ability to exercise independent judgment & take initiative

Favorable requirement:

？ Industrial automation experiences

？ Good understanding of product requirement in industrial environment

？ Good Knowledge of International Industrial relative standard
