职位描述：
Role and objectives
？ Responsible for arranging expat employees’ airport transportation and hotel;
？ Responsible for expat employees and their families’ work visa;
？ Responsible for expat employees’ moving, apartment rental and other relevant things;
？ Responsible for managing expat employees’ commercial insurance and related welfare;
？ Providing necessary assist for expat employees’ daily work and life in order to help them to fit into Chinese life and culture;
？ Follow On-Board, Resignation or transfer procedures;
？ Take responsibility for daily C&B and ER operation works;
？ Maintain HR system daily operation;
？ Collect, check and arrange payment for HR department;
？ Other arranged HR related temporary work
Position Qualifications
？ Bachelor’s degree or above
？ English can be used in working language and fluency in spoken
？ Strong attention to detail
？ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
？ Ability to work independently and contribute to team projects
？ Good communication skills
？ Good command of office software(word, excel, etc)
？ Graduating student is acceptable, one or two years related working experience is better.
