Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for the management of IT teams in multiple locations, and supporting daily operation.
- Analyze IT needs. Set up priorities and goals. Report to management committee periodically of IT resource status, upcoming needs and budget.
- Lead IT operation team build-out in new office or new business lines. Source equipments and solutions for the need of BESTSELLER development.
- Management of IT vendors and external IT services providers.
- Responsible for the overall operational management of IT department, include staffing, resource allocation, project construction, etc.
- Responsible for the optimization of current IT environment: to conduct effective research and integration with business department, select and use competitive modern IT business management model to help the businesses improve the efficiency, according to the continuous business development of BESTSELLER.
- Responsible for the IT resources integration of BESTSELLER and ensure IT resources are fully utilized.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, computer related major.
- Good at communication, coordination, people management.
- 10 years above IT operations and team management experiences, familiar with the enterprise business architecture planning methodology.
- Have abilities to develop IT system with the perspective of business.
- Effectiveness and analytical, strong logical thinking and the innovation abilities.
- Fluent in English, written and Oral is a MUST.
- You are ready to settle in Beijing.
