Overseas E-commerce Marketing Specialist 海外电商市场推广专员

Responsibilities:
Marketing Campaign Implementation & Execution:
o Support definition of campaigns in close collaboration with Operations
o Setup of Email/SMS/Social Medium based on business and marketing input
o Implement marketing campaigns and customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
o Execute campaigns and monitor
o Ensure quality & timely delivery
o Consult & train internal stakeholders
CRM & Marketing Templates & Landing Page Management:
o Develop, setup & maintain CRM templates
o Create mailings and landing pages based on business input
o Build landing pages, Customer journeys & email automations
o Drive for standardization & efficiency
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Management & Administration:
o Administrate & maintain the system; ensure effective troubleshooting
o Define concepts for improvement & extension of the system
o Train, consult & support internal users; support monitoring & analytics
Data & Query Management:
o Consult & discuss data requirements with internal stakeholders
o Develop & setup distribution lists based on business requirements
o Personalization of mailings
o Monitor & ensure data quality & campaign execution
 
Requirement:
1, Bachelor degree related to digital marketing and business intelligence or significant working experience in the field
2, Understanding of CRM and Marketing processes, terminology & best practices
3, Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the field of Marketing
4, Strong business acumen
5, Solution & execution focused with an eye on quality
6, Strong team player and communication skills
7, Fluent English skills
