职位描述：
Responsibilities：
1. Work together with other Designers and design teams
2. Create 4 collections and some express collections a year
3. Trend research with Design Team
4.work closely with the team leader to create seasonal trend board and mood board
5. Create style design sheets according to style budget, follow up that your ideas on design sheet are followed
6. Making sure that design deadlines are kept
7. Work closely with buying team and pattern maker team
8. Together with Designer constantly ensure upgrade of product groups: Pinpoint and improve weak categories, fabric quality, fitting and product to market demands from running analyzes.
9. Together with Designer constantly ensure latest trimmings, fabrics, treatments, fittings and updating of suppliers according to trend
10. Constantly upgrade fabric quality, fitting and product to meet market demands
11. Be responsible for collecting offer samples and trims from the suppliers, new seasons trim research
12. Show new ideas to design team leader
13. Cooperate with local designers, oversea designers, buyers and technicians in Beijing
14.Trips to supplier for handover / fitting to ensure high brand quality standards are met. Inspirational trips for sample shopping in china / Asia (if necessary)
Requirements：
1. Bachelor degree and above, major in fashion design is preferable
2. Fluent English speaking and writing skills
3. More than 2 years' experience within fashion design (preferable outwear / knit women`s wear)
4. Experience from a similar brand is preferred
5. Excellent in using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and MS Office
6. Good commercial understanding, team player, ability to work independently, take ownership and initiative
7. Good communication skills, and be good at expressing ideas
8.Good styling skills
9. Used to work with deadline, and can work under pressure, well organized
10. Experience in studying abroad is preferred
