工作摘要/目的Job Summary / Purpose
? The Business Insight Manager is responsible for providing business insights for the newly created Consumer Business Unit. The Insights is delivered by collecting and analysing relevant customer and consumer data, obtained through internal stakeholders, systems and external 3rd party data providers. The overall purpose is to assist in improving business strategies and commercial decisions for Coloplast China to remain and build on the current market leader position in the consumer channel. This candidate should possess strong analytical and presentation skills to continually improve our business tracking methodologies and reporting and to make this useful for the stakeholders. This role will work with Coloplast global Comex team to align our business performance measures and reporting.
主要职责/责任Essential Duties / Responsibilities
? Support the consumer business unit by providing timely, accurate and insightful analysis, reports and tracking on activities, with the purpose of improving marketing execution, business strategies and overall business performance.
? Responsible for developing business tracking and reporting for Consumer BU. Including tracking on call plans (inbound/ outbound) in Care call center.
? Transform the insights, collected through internal and external data sources, into valuable information for both the BU and the local management team.
? Facilitate the monthly performance review process for the consumer BU, including preparing the monthly performance review material.
? Responsible for quarterly and yearly bonus calculations.
? Facilitate the consumer BU incentive plan and yearly target setting
? Train the Consumer teams in newly reports, incentive structures etc.
? Participate in strategic projects across departments and with Global marketing teams.
? Ad hoc requests.
? Daily management of 1 employee.

任职资格Job Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree or above within marketing, finance, economics or similar.
? 3 year’s experiences in business analysis role supporting commercial functions (sales and marketing). Preferably in healthcare industry.

? Strong process and numerical skills with an analytical approach to marketing and an ability to identify and report on data trends
? Experience in target setting and incentive structures
? Independent thinker and a good team player, with abilities to convince stakeholders cross-functionally and change management
? Good English (Written and Spoken)

? Good presentation skills (Including being well versed in MS Office applications)
? Good analytical skills (including knowledge of research software and systems)
