职位描述：

岗位职责Job responsibilities：

1.根据WMS项目标准，进行有效管理，提高仓库收货作业效率；

To conduct management effectively according to WMS project standards and to raise receiving efficiency in warehouse

2.收货库存管理，确保准确定位；高位货架上下架管理

To manage receiving inventory and to ensure locating accurately, and the management of goods being up to and down from high racks

3.确保流利区/QC团队的补货需求

To guarantee the replenishment needs of flow rack areas and QC team

4.根据电子商务的运营需求进行有效管理,提高电子商务作业效率。

To manage EC operation effectively according to EC project standards and raise EC operation efficiency in warehouse.

5.确保电商及零售订单的准时发出

To guarantee EC & Retail orders to be sent out on time

6.做好库区内的库存管理

Inventory management in warehouse

7.有效规范进行货品包装

To pack goods effectively and standardly

8.与承运商的货品交接

Goods handover with carriers

9.SAP ,OTMS 系统的有效落实

Effective implementation of OTMS ,SAP system

10.SOP的合理制定,并设定相应的KPI标准

To formulate SOP properly, to establish relevant KPI standards

11.5S管理/落实

The management/implementation of 5S

12.库区内设备的有效管理

Effective management of the equipments in warehouse

13.团队的相关培训，员工技能的提升

To provide relevant training for team, to develop staff members’ skills

14.评估结果并做相应的汇报。

To provide assessment results and report accordingly

任职资格Requirements：

1.本科或以上学历（工业工程、供应链、物流等专业） Bachelor or above (major in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics etc.)

2.至少5年的仓库管理/运作经验with the experience in warehouse management/operations at least 5 years

3.有WMS/SAP系统操作经验者更佳with the operational experience of WMS/SAP system preferable

4.至少3年以上团队管理经验with the experience of team management at least over 3 years
