职位描述：
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Smoothly run CRM lifecycle programs & campaigns, inclusive of
a) Provide activity description & execution guideline to field sales to strengthen counter’s implementation & seamless communication.
b) Give clear guidance to agencies and lead agencies for error-free delivery.
c) Manage CRM counter samples & materials in effective way.
d) Collect & respond feedback from sales, consumers & agency on time.
2. Work closely with CRM agency, responsible for CRM KPI analysis & campaign ROI evaluation.
3. Support CRM manager to leverage WeChat platform for further engagement with existing customers, drive prospect conversion.
4. Be capable to do data analysis & use CRM insights to build & optimize customer-centric programs.
5. Be capable to manage ad-hoc CRM projects w/ different parties and deliver on high-quality w/ measurements.
6. Handle internal process, inclusive of creation of shopping cart and follow up approval in line with budget plan financial phasing and internal order and logistics arrangement.
7. Key competitor activity monitor and analysis
a) Collect and track competitor activities on monthly basis
b) Share the insights with managers.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. College graduate with 3+ years’ experience in related industry, ideally from retailing industry, CRM experience as preference.
2. Being familiar with digital marketing will be an advantage.
3. Smart, diligent and proactive thinking, care and further to details & good learner.
4. Ability to handle project independently.
