Job Purpose:
The Site Export Process Lead is responsible for Export Process delivery leadership in a site through consistent delivery of GSC processes, ongoing improvement and Process Standardisation. The role is covering all ML/MCC/Seago Services on a GLOBAL scale. The Management Span will be 200-300 staff in a site.

Key responsibilities would be:
- Agree performance and deliver objectives to reach business Goals.
- Process Standardization and Quantum Leap Improvements to Processes
- Manage service delivery as per SLA
- Manage Business Partners and stakeholders
- Manage capacity and contingency situations across the site
- Manage cost of service delivery
- Deploying PEX in stages, e.g., current focus on OPPR
- Facilitate sharing and implementation of best practices
- Deploy and demonstrate the company’s values based leadership
- Accountable to Motivate, coach and empower staff
-Provide learning opportunities for direct reports, extended management team, high performers as part of

leadership development

We require you to have:
- Minimum of 6-8 years of management experience with a thorough practical understanding of Maersk Line processes
- Ability to lead, motivate and engage a diverse and large work force
- Strong leadership style including ability to engage and influence multiple stakeholders

- Continuous improvement mindset
- Strong change management skills, envisioning and overcoming obstacles while ensuring benefits are realized
