职位描述：
1.Pricing negotiations, contracting, periodical pricing updates as per the contract,price forecast
2.Supplier capacity planning, Business continuity plans with suppliers,
3.New component supplier evaluation and on-boarding
4.Quality improvement projects with suppliers
5.Driving VIP projects with suppliers
6.Innovation projects partnering from procurement
7.Ensuring Compliance and statutory audits
8.Management and evaluation for indirect material & service suppliers, in quality, cost and service level;
9.professional sourcing category management
10.Other tasks from manager
任职要求：
1.Working knowledge of procurement/sourcing, business law, contracts, and contract negotiations principles
2.Communicates clearly; balances listening and speaking; respects others while they speak and responds thoughtfully; reflects on people’s concerns; easy to approach
3.Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal customers; establishes and maintains effective relationships with internal customers and suppliers to gain their trust and respect
4.Drives to achieve /exceed goals; steadfastly pushes self and others for results
5.Ability to work in an organization undergoing a transformation journey 6.A strong leader and a team player. Able to work with ambiguity and drive projects forward
7.Strong work ethic; self starter; results oriented
8.Bachelor’s degree
9.Minimum of five (5) years of procurement related experience
