职位描述：

Experienced ElectronicEngineer

The main responsibilitiesIncluding:

• Maintain and improve the performance &productivity of existing products through optimize and modify the components& design.

• Value engineering through introducing new designs,components, materials or methods to keep the competitive of products in themarket.

• Partially work with technical support team andcustomer satisfaction team closely to address the complex quality & applicationissue and provide quick solutions, technical support or improve the products.

• Proactively keep the personal specialist knowledgeup to date and searching for new solution for existing offers according tooffer managers’ requirement.

• Proactively Identify the gaps between the exitingdesign and up to date technologies and capable to provide potential solutionsfor product evolution.

• The activities mentioned above are mainly conductedby PEP, Product Evolution Projects.

Projectexecution:

• Work with CE team leader and project managers toget the PEP projects well planned and executed to ensure on time delivery,controlled budget and committed quality.

• Weekly review the project status, actions androad-blocks of PEP projects with CE team leader.

• Coordinate team members in different functions likeoffer management, production and document control to move projects forwardindependently.

Requirement

? Bachelor degree or above inEngineering, automation control or similar

? 3+ years related experiencefor electronic product development and improvement.

? Strong hardware theory andexperience in design, development or improvement of electronic products.

? Good knowledge of analoguecircuit, power electronics, or digital circuit. Know EMC, reliability for production.

? Good technicians with goodpractical experience is welcome.

? Can communicate both oraland written (English & Mandarin); no difficulty in reading / writingtechnical document; Excellent spoken English is preferred

? Willing to communicate withall levels of the organization

? Familiarity with productionenvironment requirement, Such as ROHS, REACH, End of life instructionrequirement
