职位描述：

工作职责 Job description:

1、全面负责自动化仓库的线体运行并对自动化仓库供应商TGW进行管理和考核

Responsible for all the automatic equipments including Miniload, Pre-sort buffer, Sorting and conveyors to ensure they are running smoothly and automated warehouse equipment vendor-TGW management and performance evaluation.

2、通过平衡各个部门对线体的使用实现整体自动化仓库的效率最大化

Maximize automatic warehouse throughput and improve efficiency by continuous flow management and balancing the production paces together with all the operation team

3、监控整个DC的运营，通过协调DC运营经理，IT资源和LTS（使用寿命服务）工程师,提出线体优化解决方案

Manage whole DC operation efficiency by collaboration with DC operation managers, IT resources and vendor On-site support engineers. Proactively work on MHE optimization solutions to drive for throughput and efficiency improvement

4、定期考核自动化仓库供应商的业绩表现，敦促服务质量的不断提升。

Conduct monthly KPI review and evaluation to drive for service level continuous improvement

5、积极主动发现线体改善方面，立项并推进各种改善项目的实施，使得DC整体产能不断提高。

Actively identify the improvement projects/actions to minimize the equipment downtime and work with on-site team to arrange preventive maintenances.

职位要求 Job qualification:

1、具有管理大型自动化仓储设备的经验

Has rich experiences in managing automatic warehouse equipments

2、能够很好地管理团队并有很强的沟通协调能力

Good team management experiences and strong communication and coordination skills

3、具有管理设备供应商的能力，了解合同条款并能灵活运用

Has the strong capability to manage equipment vendor and fully understand and follow the contract term

4、扎实的专业基础，尤其是电工电子技术、自动控制原理、电机拖动与运动控制技术、计算机原理与PLC工程应用

Solid professional foundation, especially the electrical and electronic technology, automatic control principle, motor drag, and motion control technology, computer theory and engineering application of PLC

5、英语四级或以上，具备听说读写能力，可熟练阅读英文技术资料

English cet 4 or above, have the ability of listening, speaking, reading and writing, can skilled reading English technical data

6、电气工程类专业，本科

Electrical engineering major, bachelor or above degree
