Responsibilities:
Overall MEP related management and cooperation, including:
1. Fully understand the requirements on MEP
2. Support Project team in MEP related design schedule/plan establishment, design review, value engineering, design change management
3. Support Project team in MEP related procurement
4. Support Project team in MEP related installation, site inspection and MEP related contractor management;
5. Coordinate with LL & relevant government authorities in MEP relevant issues
6. Lead MEP related workshop or coordination meeting, and lead MEP related design consultant/suppliers fully coordinate and support other disciplines
7. Manage and oversee MEP system testing and commissioning.
8. Performance review of MEP contractors
Requirements:
1. Qualified with 8 years experience and proven track record in MEP engineering in China
2. Good knowledge with HVAC, Electrical engineering, Fire fighting
3. Knowledge of security system, AV system, and IT system.
4. Quickly identify the key issues for MEP system for retail development
5. Good communication and interpersonal skill
6. Be able to travel
