To strengthen our Supply Chain, based in our Supply chain Department in shanghai, China, we are looking to fill the position of: Specialist / Senior Specialist.

As a UCB 'honestegic' and Specialist / Senior Specialist you like to work in an environment where you can:

* Support China Supply Chain daily operations, including customer order handling, on-time stock replenishment, SAP operation, master data maintenance, weekly / monthly reporting, KPI report generation and process & performance improvement
* Ensure SC operation in line with Compliance and SOPs
* Maintain good relationship with global Suppliers and local key Distributors (National or Regional Wholesalers) to prevent Out Of Stock situation whilst maintaining an adequate stock level in compliance with contract terms
* Support local projects and business growth

As a UCB 'honestegic' and Specialist / Senior Specialist you will contribute by:

* Responsible for customer service with 3PL / Distributors for daily order operation, payment check with finance, shipping coordination with 3PL.
* Responsible for shipping complaints follow-up.
* Responsible for inventory planning & balancing adjustment.
* Responsible for Sales Order / Purchase Order creation in SAP.

Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:

Education 学历
Bachelor degree, supply chain management or logistic degree is preferred
Experience经验
>5 years direct Supply Chain experience, preferable >= 3 years in a Pharma/Healthcare industry desirable;
SAP/ERP experience (preferred Modules: SD -MM - PP) including reporting and data mining;
