职位描述：

• Fulfill SE China new application delivery according to project definition. Participate solution design, verification and implementation. Focus on database landscape design, Infrastructure platform design, DB initial setup, Performance baseline testing. From the application side he/she will also in charge of database modeling, development quality review, plan stress testing and execution.
• Operation management for existing Oracle/MS SQL Server/Mysql database. Including baseline management, performance benchmark and review, SQL tuning. He/She will also secure SLA management, security management, audit, backup validation and restore rehearsal. Also including disaster recover rehearsal and capacity planning.
• Continues optimization for existing database landscape including database upgrade, function upgrade, system migration and system landscape reconstruction. Improve the database monitor and operation automatically.
• Guiding for very large database related hardware solution design. Hardware integration and consolidation. Backup solution design and evaluation.
• Involved in for open source database platform, nosql system evaluation and migration.
• Involved in big database analysis platform building.

• 6y+ as Oracle DBA consultant or solution architecture with strong knowledge in all Oracle technical area. Including solution design, technical solution implementation and system integration.
• Deep knowledge in Oracle, MS SQL Server and Mysql system in system management and developing.
• Be good at Oracle performance tuning and trouble shooting. Oracle dataguard. RAC and ASM solution.
• Data warehouse experience and big data platform is plus.
• Be good at traditional infrastructure solution like AIX/HP-UX/Linux Server, SAN storage and integrated backup and restore solution. Knowledge in VMware virtualization solution management.
• Strong experience of Managing outsourcing partner for application management and infrastructure.
• Flexibility in regards to work schedule and travel
• Must be an effective strategist with the ability to understand and articulate key opportunities for business from infrastructure point of view. Be cognizant and knowledgeable of ITIL standards and models.
• Good exhibiting thorough familiarity with available methods, procedures, tools, equipment and standards
• Excellent communicator, both orally and in writing, with vendors, customers, colleagues and managements.
• Be professional, customer friendly and amenable
