职位描述：

• Capable to Manage solution execution projects.
• Manage complete job process from order preparation through financial close-out and provide technical support.
• Organize synchronization meeting between multi-function team, assign and track project progress
• Organize projects, monitor and control progress & budget and assess & manage the risks.
• Challenge the functions to take ownership of the project objectives
• Push to achieve project Profit targets
• Lead the decision making process at the project level and at the right time
• Be able to define the risks, issues with project team, and lead the associated corrective action plans
• Draft & maintain project planning, in event of deviation, propose and implement corrective actions
• Provide the project evaluation and project status to management on a regular basis
• Profile
  • Bachelor or above degree in Engineering major is preferred
  • Leadership: The ability to convince, encourage, influence people in cross-functions to achieve project target
  • Sense of responsibility
  • Extreme excellent communication skills: Fluent in both oral & written English.
  • Collaborative: Work well in a team with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivation: Be able to work under no supervision
  • Commit to achieve results
  • Always run towards problems, highlight the issues with no compromise
  • Cross-Function: In-depth knowledge on every function inside project team. Excellent knowledge on finance, people management and other relative knowledge.
  • In-depth knowledge on customer project process.
