PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Summarize the purpose of this position to assess its expected contribution to the results of the organization.
The Experienced Service Excellence Specialist is responsible for implementing quality control process, improving IT service soft skills, promoting IPO professional image via campaigns and other internal communication tools, developing IPO complaint management process, improving customer satisfaction rate through deploying related improvement projects.
The major responsibilities will be:
?Analysis VOC data and issue report
?Monitor outsourcing service quality
?Deploy complaint management process
?Lead IPO Customer satisfaction & Quality related projects
?Deploy IPO related survey activities
?Facilitate/ deploy training toward customer attitude
?Review vendor performance
?Promote IPO professional image with internal campaigns
?Coordinate with internal communication channels
Required skills and experiences
· Over 5 years’ experience of IT service quality control, IT service supervisor or customer sat. role
· Excellent communication skill
· Multitalented and able to perform different roles
· Have proficient interpretation skills for figures, statistics, regulations and policies
· Be customer friendly and amenable
· fluent English
SPECIFIC ISSUES: Such as work base, frequency of traveling, etc.
Few travel requested (Mainland China major sites, HK, TW) in case of needs,
REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Compulsory: Bachelor degree of Business/Computer (major) of Famous University
Ideal: MBA degree of (major) of University
REQUIREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Compulsory: 5 years as IT service quality control, IT service supervisor or customer sat. role in MNC companies
Ideal: 2y+ IT Service Quality Control Supervisor experience
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Such as age, language, computer skills, etc.
Age: > 27
Language: English, Chinese
Computer: MS-Office, Visio, MS-Project
Other requirements:
