Job Function: 工作职责
To lead Service Excellence Initiative and lead the MOT training 领导客服优化，并组织MOT培训
To provide solid basis for the Service KPI monitoring (e.g. NPS) 为监测服务KPI提供坚实的基础
To lead the customer service team, plan, organize and manage the daily operations within the team 领导客户服务团队，计划、组织并管理团队的日常运作
To monitor and analyze customer satisfaction level based on the developed local service KPIs, and develop Service plans 基于当地服务KPI水平，监测并分析客户满意度水平，并制定服务计划
To implement Vopak Key Account Management and Customer Relationship Management Program 执行孚宝关键客户管理及客户关系管理方案
To monitor, analyze customer complaints, funnel out the root cause and drive for improvement 监测并分析客户投诉，找出根源，进行改进
To settle customer dispute and complaints 解决客户纠纷及投诉
To update and develop the administrative system ,CS procedures for seamless process with other functional departments 更新并发展行政体系，与其他职能部门完善CS程序
To work with external government authorities for securing the non-stoppage of our services 与外部政府部门共同合作，确保服务不间断
To provide necessary reports for internal or for external 为公司内外部提供必要的报告
To lead the team in optimizing facilities / resources utilization 带领团队优化设施，利用资源
To contribute to Vopak global / China Customer Service Excellence initiatives 为孚宝全球/中国区客服优化做出贡献
Develop team competency and knowledge sharing within the CS dept 开发团队能力，并与客服部分享知识
Comply and promote company SHE&Q regulations and culture 遵守并促进公司安全规章及文化

Skill & Knowledge: 技能知识
University degree or above 大学文化背景
Minimum five years of working experience in relevant function 相关领域至少五年工作经验
Good English and Mandarin communication skills, both in oral or written 英语且普通话口语及书写流畅
Proficient in using MS office applications 精通计算机MS office应用程序
Knowledge in petrochemical / logistics / shipping / forwarding industry required 具备石油化工/物流/运输/船代行业知识
Understanding of tank terminal operations is a plus 熟悉罐区操作优先
Strong conflict resolving skills and team work spirit 较强的解决冲突能力及团队合作精神
Good interpersonal communication skills 良好的人际沟通技能力
Business writing skills 商务写作技能力

国投孚宝洋浦罐区码头有限公司由国家开发投资公司和荷兰皇家孚宝集团于2009年4月21日共同出资成立。
国家开发投资公司占股份51%：大型国家投资控股公司，投资项目包括煤、发电、散货和集装箱码头、化肥厂。
荷兰皇家孚宝占股份49%：大型独立第三方石化液体仓储物流服务运营商，在30个国家拥有80个罐区，总仓储能力达3000万立方米。
国投孚宝洋浦罐区码头有限公司于2015年9月1日正式投入运营。作为大型油品中转中心，公司罐区位于从中东、非洲和南美到远东的原油贸易主干线上。战略性地位于周边崛起的国家的中心，在1200公里的辐射范围内有着19家炼油厂，每年进入该地区的原油达到9千万吨。
第一期建成后，将提供原油与成品油的仓储库容达132万立方米，30万吨级和5万吨级的码头各一个，可接卸5千到37.5万吨级的船只。完全建成后，原油、成品油与化学品的仓储能力将达到520万立方米，并拥有至少2个可接卸巨型油轮的码头。

Vopak SDIC Terminal Yangpu Co., Ltd. was formed based on a joint venture between SDIC and Royal Vopak on 21 April 2009.
SDIC (State Development and Investment Corp., 51%): Largest state-owned investment holding company of China, investments in coal mining, power generation, bulk and container ports, chemical fertilizer factories.
Royal Vopak (managing party, 49%): World’s largest independent tank terminal operator, has 80 terminals with total cap. of 30mil. m3 in 30 countries.

Due to open on 1st Sep., 2015, Vopak SDIC Terminal Yangpu (VSTY) will serve as a world-scale oil transshipment hub along the crude oil trade route from Middle East, Africa and South America to the Far East.
Strategically located around the emerging countries and with 19 refineries in a distribution range of 1200 km, the crude oil shipped into the region has reached 90 million tons per year.
Upon completion of its first phase, it will offer 1,320,000 cbm tank storage capacity for crude oil and petroleum products; and 2 berths, 50,000-dwt and 300,000-dwt each, for ships ranging from 5,000-dwt to 375,000-dwt. The terminal can be expanded to a total of 5,200,000 cbm tank capacity for crude oil, petroleum products and petrochemicals, with at least 2 VLCC berths.
