Areas of Primary Responsibility:主要工作职责：
1.Administer all IT systems so as to ensure the systems meet the operational requirement.管理所有IT系统以确保系统达到运作要求。
2.Conduct periodic system maintenance work such as system verification and backup to ensure all systems are running smoothly.对系统进行周期性维护，如系统检验、数据备份以确保所有系统正常运行。
3.Response to user complaint by troubleshooting the problems and if necessary liaise with vendors or consultants so as to ensure the problems are solved in timely manner.处理用户在系统使用过程中遇到的各种故障和问题，必要时与供应商或咨询人员保持沟通以确保故障、问题得到及时解决。
4.Response to user’s request on customisation of IT Application so as to ensure the customised work meet the operational needs of user根据用户的要求，定制IT应用程序以确保定制程序满足用户的操作需要。
5.Liaise source for IT vendors for hardware and software to ensure it is secure in competitive price.掌握软件和硬件产品供应渠道，确保产品及时有效供应且价格优惠。
6.Monitor all IT Application licenses and purchase the license if necessary so as to ensure all IT applications in company is legal.监控所有IT应用程序许可，如有需要购买相关许可证以确保所有的IT应用程序符合法律规定。
7.In case of meet problem of the system, can amend the language with the software programme.如系统出现问题，能对软件进行编程。
8.Setup & maintain strong security system to prevent unauthorised access.建立&维护高级别安全系统以防止无授权进入。
9.Others duties 其他工作职责

Job Qualifications:任职资格：
1.Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent(Or junior college degree with more than 5 experience and with relevant certifications )计算机科学或相关专业本科学历（或大专学历，具有5年以上工作经验，并持有相关资格证书）
2.Having 3 or more years of experience in Information Technology 信息科技行业3年或以上工作经验
3.Technical knowledge of software and hardware aspects of IT in areas such as data management, information systems development, computer operations and communications掌握IT软件和硬件相关技术知识，如数据管理、信息系统开发、计算机操作和通迅。
4.Knowledge of the business activities and processes in Chemical or Oil & Gas operations would be an added advantage 熟悉化学品或油气行业相关业务知识和流程者尤佳
5.Possesses a professional society membership would be an added advantage 计算机或信息化相关协会会员者尤佳

国投孚宝洋浦罐区码头有限公司由国家开发投资公司和荷兰皇家孚宝集团于2009年4月21日共同出资成立。
国家开发投资公司占股份51%：大型国家投资控股公司，投资项目包括煤、发电、散货和集装箱码头、化肥厂。
荷兰皇家孚宝占股份49%：大型独立第三方石化液体仓储物流服务运营商，在30个国家拥有80个罐区，总仓储能力达3000万立方米。
国投孚宝洋浦罐区码头有限公司于2015年9月1日正式投入运营。作为大型油品中转中心，公司罐区位于从中东、非洲和南美到远东的原油贸易主干线上。战略性地位于周边崛起的国家的中心，在1200公里的辐射范围内有着19家炼油厂，每年进入该地区的原油达到9千万吨。
第一期建成后，将提供原油与成品油的仓储库容达132万立方米，30万吨级和5万吨级的码头各一个，可接卸5千到37.5万吨级的船只。完全建成后，原油、成品油与化学品的仓储能力将达到520万立方米，并拥有至少2个可接卸巨型油轮的码头。

Vopak SDIC Terminal Yangpu Co., Ltd. was formed based on a joint venture between SDIC and Royal Vopak on 21 April 2009.
SDIC (State Development and Investment Corp., 51%): Largest state-owned investment holding company of China, investments in coal mining, power generation, bulk and container ports, chemical fertilizer factories.
Royal Vopak (managing party, 49%): World’s largest independent tank terminal operator, has 80 terminals with total cap. of 30mil. m3 in 30 countries.

Due to open on 1st Sep., 2015, Vopak SDIC Terminal Yangpu (VSTY) will serve as a world-scale oil transshipment hub along the crude oil trade route from Middle East, Africa and South America to the Far East.
Strategically located around the emerging countries and with 19 refineries in a distribution range of 1200 km, the crude oil shipped into the region has reached 90 million tons per year.
Upon completion of its first phase, it will offer 1,320,000 cbm tank storage capacity for crude oil and petroleum products; and 2 berths, 50,000-dwt and 300,000-dwt each, for ships ranging from 5,000-dwt to 375,000-dwt. The terminal can be expanded to a total of 5,200,000 cbm tank capacity for crude oil, petroleum products and petrochemicals, with at least 2 VLCC berths.
