Be responsible for management of all the terminal operations, at night, at weekends, and in public holidays 在夜间、周末和公共假日，负责罐区所有操作的管理。

Job Function: 工作职责
To remember safety first, be strictly carry out VSTY SHEQ regulations and operation procedures in order to make no mistakes in safety and production 牢记安全第一, 严格执行公司安全规程和生产操作规程，做到安全、生产两不误。
To clarify the responsibilities and authorities of Team Leader, and implement team management 明确操作班长职责权限，实施班组管理。
To supervise shift team operation safely and efficiently, execute and guarantee the good operation of central control room, and be responsible for all the operations during the shifting 监督倒班班组安全、有效地进行操作，执行并保障中控室的良好运作，负责倒班期间的所有操作活动。
To carry out all kinds of work arranged by Operation Manager, make reasonable work arrangement, tracking, supervising, and verifying the result 切实落实操作部主任布置的各项工作，合理安排工作，跟踪监督、验证结果。
To set oneself as an example and make efforts to improve personal business level 以身作则，努力完善自己的业务水平。
To formulate and issue the commands to the operators, and make the on-site guidance 制定、发出操作指令给罐区操作人员，并现场指导操作。
Be responsible for the implementation process of warehousing service 负责仓储服务的实施过程。
Be responsible for the training and management of the operators. To carry out trainings of operation specification, equipment and SHEQ for all the operators 负责操作人员的培训与管理。对全体操作员工进行操作规范、设备、安全、环保和质量规范的培训。
Be responsible for new operator training 负责新操作员工上岗培训。
To check quality and quantity of customer goods and make related forms. To ensure controlling the customer goods correctly 检查客户货物的质量、数量及做出相关表格。确保正确控制客户的货物。
To check related forms (e.g. CS operation instructions, terminal hose connection table, all terminal operation forms, etc.), and reclaim unqualified amount 检查相关表格(如客户服务部操作指令、罐区软管连接表、罐区各操作表单等),并纠正不合格款项。
Be responsible for internal information exchange in terminal 负责罐区操作的内部信息交流。
Be responsible for the management of terminal working environment. To obey SHE regulations, and ensure no environment pollution 负责罐区工作环境的管理。遵循安全规定，确保无环境污染。
Be responsible for terminal work record 负责罐区工作的工作记录。
To implement terminal work handover 执行罐区工作交接。
To control the daily delivery quantity, make a variety of receiving/shipping documents, and count the numbers to make the proofreading with CS dept. 每天的收发货数量控制，作出各种收货/发货单证，统计数量与客户服务部校对。
To arrange and check main necessary facilities for the production (fire protection facilities/liquid nitrogen/washing absorption tower). To supervise the repair and maintenance of on-site facilities, and report equipment problems 安排、检查生产所需的主要设施(消防环保设施/液氮装置/洗涤吸收塔)。监督操作现场设施的维修和保养，汇报设备出现的问题。
To check the goods loss and record nitrogen usage 检查货物损耗、记录氮气的用量。
Be responsible for assisting repair, fire extinguishing, environment protection dept. inspection and contractor activities according to SHEQ regulations 负责根据安全操作规范协助维修、消防、环保部门检查、监督承包商的活动。
To go around and supervise the terminal in order to ensure safety operations. In case of emergency, to carry out efficient measures together with fire extinguisher in order to ensure terminal property safety 罐区巡逻及监督，确保安全操作。在紧急情况下会同消防实施有效措施、以确保库内财产安全。
To execute Operation Manager functions according to the arrangement when Operation Manager is not in the company 在操作部经理不在公司时根据安排执行操作部经理的相关职能。
To act as the leader in accordance with the arrangement by Operation Manager when Operation Manager is not in the company 操作部主任不在岗位时执行操作部主任安排的领导职责。
To finish the task assigned by Company management.
完成公司领导交办的其他工作。

Skill & Knowledge: 技能知识
College or equivalent degree or above 专科或相当专科以上学历
Related majors in petrochemical or Logistic 化学或石化或物流相关专业
Five years of working experience in chemical or petrochemical industry, or in warehousing logistic industry of chemical or petrochemical products 五年以上化学或石化行业的实际操作经验或化学、石化产品的仓储物流行业的实际操作经验
Three years of working experience as team leader 三年以上班组长工作经验
Honesty, integrity, dedication, discipline and hard work 诚信、正直、敬业、守纪、吃苦耐劳
Good organization, negotiation, communication and interpersonal communication skills 良好的组织、协调、沟通能力和人际关系
Ability in Mandarin 中文流利
Ability to communicate in English and use MS office applications 在工作方面能够用英语会话，会运用办公自动化。
With effective related certifications (chemicals and/or petrochemical industry and/or warehousing logistic industry of chemical or petrochemical products) is preferred 具有化学品和/或石化行业和/或化学、石化产品的仓储物流行业相关的有效岗位操作证书者优先
With rich operational experience in liquid chemical, warehousing logistic industry of petrochemical products and/or related positions and/or excellent English level is preferred 有丰富液体化学、石化产品仓储物流实际操作经验和/或有相关岗位丰富工作经验和/或有良好英语水平者优先

国投孚宝洋浦罐区码头有限公司由国家开发投资公司和荷兰皇家孚宝集团于2009年4月21日共同出资成立。
国家开发投资公司占股份51%：大型国家投资控股公司，投资项目包括煤、发电、散货和集装箱码头、化肥厂。
荷兰皇家孚宝占股份49%：大型独立第三方石化液体仓储物流服务运营商，在30个国家拥有80个罐区，总仓储能力达3000万立方米。
国投孚宝洋浦罐区码头有限公司于2015年9月1日正式投入运营。作为大型油品中转中心，公司罐区位于从中东、非洲和南美到远东的原油贸易主干线上。战略性地位于周边崛起的国家的中心，在1200公里的辐射范围内有着19家炼油厂，每年进入该地区的原油达到9千万吨。
第一期建成后，将提供原油与成品油的仓储库容达132万立方米，30万吨级和5万吨级的码头各一个，可接卸5千到37.5万吨级的船只。完全建成后，原油、成品油与化学品的仓储能力将达到520万立方米，并拥有至少2个可接卸巨型油轮的码头。

Vopak SDIC Terminal Yangpu Co., Ltd. was formed based on a joint venture between SDIC and Royal Vopak on 21 April 2009.
SDIC (State Development and Investment Corp., 51%): Largest state-owned investment holding company of China, investments in coal mining, power generation, bulk and container ports, chemical fertilizer factories.
Royal Vopak (managing party, 49%): World’s largest independent tank terminal operator, has 80 terminals with total cap. of 30mil. m3 in 30 countries.

Due to open on 1st Sep., 2015, Vopak SDIC Terminal Yangpu (VSTY) will serve as a world-scale oil transshipment hub along the crude oil trade route from Middle East, Africa and South America to the Far East.
Strategically located around the emerging countries and with 19 refineries in a distribution range of 1200 km, the crude oil shipped into the region has reached 90 million tons per year.
Upon completion of its first phase, it will offer 1,320,000 cbm tank storage capacity for crude oil and petroleum products; and 2 berths, 50,000-dwt and 300,000-dwt each, for ships ranging from 5,000-dwt to 375,000-dwt. The terminal can be expanded to a total of 5,200,000 cbm tank capacity for crude oil, petroleum products and petrochemicals, with at least 2 VLCC berths.
