Primary responsibility is to lead the organization’s Human Resources department with practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. He/ she will be responsible for coordinating and implementing services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff; reports to the CEO/ GM and serves on the management team; and assists and advises company managers about Human Resources issues.

Knowledge, Skill and Ability:

· Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, and training and development.

· Above average oral, comprehension and written communication skills in Chinese and English.

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development. Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training, and preventive labor relations, preferred.

人力资源,商务管理,组织发展等方面本科以上学士学位。受过劳动法,报酬,组织计划,组织发展,员工关系,员工安全与培训等方面培训者优先。

Working Experience:

· 3+ plus years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions.

3年以上人力资源方面的先进领导经验

· 5+ years experience in the development/ implementation and management of employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training, and preventive labor relations, preferred.

具有5年以上劳动法,员工薪资,组织计划,组织发展,雇员关系,员工安全与培训的制定/执行和管理经验者优先。

· Active affiliation with appropriate Human Resources networks and organizations and ongoing community involvement, preferred.

· Possess ongoing affiliations with leaders in successful companies and organizations that practice effective Human Resources Management

Manage HR departmental staff and partners/ vendors engaged in the delivery of HR’s responsibilities. Lead/ manage cross functional teams to deliver on specific objectives.

Primarily operates in an office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, industrial machines and vehicles. The noise level in the office environment is usually quiet. Use of technology is required for meeting the position’s responsibilities. This includes phones, mobile phones, laptops, PCs, Power Point, Excel, MS Project, data bases etc.
