Primary responsibility is to lead the organization’s sales effort to meet or exceed sales revenue, sales profitability and budgetary objectives. The role involves strategic planning, managing people, selling, leveraging technology and improving processes. . The position holder is a key member of the senior management team responsible for a creating a stable sales organization which delivers results on a consistent basis. Initial focus will be on meeting short term sales targets and developing the required sales infrastructure and over time build a sales team to deliver on departmental objectives.

General Responsibilities:

· Participation with other senior managers in developing strategy for the entire company

· Develop sales plan including monthly/ quarterly targets. Establish systems and processes to keep track of performance, pre-empt potential hurdles and produce required reports for management and sales team

· Creation and execution of the sales department’s go-to-market and operational strategies to achieve sales objectives

· Development and management of sales process to ensure consistent performance of team. This includes training and sharing knowledge/ best practices of top performers

· Development and implementation of a sales compensation plan designed to deliver results

· Development of metrics to manage and grow a successful sales team.

· Development and management of sales department budgets including effective use of marketing budgets to meet lead generation and brand awareness targets

Knowledge, Skill and Ability:

The candidate must demonstrate outstanding leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. He/ she must possess expertise in selling strategies and methodologies, strategic planning and execution, and employee motivation techniques. Must be proficient in reading, writing and communicating in English.

Education:

学历:

A bachelor’s degree is a must. A business concentration and/or marketing/ sales would be an added advantage.

Working Experience:

工作经验:

The candidates must have 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role, at least 4 years of experience in a selling role, 2 years in a customer service role and at least two years of experience working with sales technology and CRM. In addition, he/ she must have had experience building successful indirect sales channel networks. Knowledge and experience of the shoe manufacturing industry will be a distinct advantage.

要求3年以上销售主管的工作经验,至少4年的销售经验,2年的客服经验和至少2年以上销售技能和客户关系管理方面的经验。另外,他/她必须有成功建立间接销售渠道网的经历。有制鞋机械行业专业知识和经验者优先。

· Office environment with considerable travel visiting prospect, customer, partner sites, conferences, exhibitions primarily within China and some international travel

· Use of technology as required delivering on the position’s responsibilities. This includes phones, mobile phones, laptops, PCs, product demonstrations, Power point presentations etc.
