The GM will be responsible for leading the organizational change to achieve corporate objectives with full Profit and Loss responsibility. The primary goal of the GM is to transform the organization towards product and service excellence through execution of short-term objectives in support of the medium term plan of establishing USMY as the #1 quality and cost competitive machining and equipment manufacturing company in the Yancheng area to start with. This will require developing world-class skills, systems and processes to deliver top quality products and services at the lowest cost.

总经理主要负责通过领导组织变革，扭转盈亏，实现企业目标。总经理的首要目标是通过短期目标和中期计划的执行，将盐城优仕恩建立成为盐城区域质量第一价格极具竞争力的机器设备制造企业，从而实现公司向以产品和服务制胜的方向的转变。这就要求开发世界领先技术，系统和程序，以最低的成本实现高质量的产品和服务。

Responsibilities:

职责：

• Develop corporate strategy, goals, targets, execution plans and the required organizational structure to deliver on the strategy. Specific goals must include measurable targets vis-à-vis revenue, customers, margins, costs, quality, brand awareness, service levels, productivity, customer/ employee/ partner satisfaction levels.

制定公司策略，目标，范围，执行计划和所需组织结构，尤其是针对收益，客户，利润，成本，质量，品牌意识，服务等级，生产力，客户/员工/合伙人满意度的可测性目标，去实施战略。

• Create a winning culture of openness, responsible, quality conscious, learning, excelling, process driven, disciplined and team oriented with a ‘can-do’ attitude. Continuously communicate values, strategies, and objectives to the organization.

创造一个以执行为态度的开阔，有责任心，有质量意识，不断学习，遵守流程和纪律及有团队精神的企业文化。不断的交流价值观点，策略和组织目标。

• Manage all functions towards meeting the corporate goals. Functions include Finance, Purchasing, HR, Production, Quality/ Technical, Facilities, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service

管理调动一切职能以实现公司目标。这些职能包括财务，采购，人事，生产，质量/技术，设备，市场，销售，客服。

• Develop an organization-wide discipline where all important initiatives are managed as projects. Develop a discipline of ensuring a relentless focus on continuous improvement of quality levels, service standards, efficiency targets and brand awareness.

制定一套企业泛用的规章制度，所有的重点动议都要做为项目在规章制度中列出。制定一套规章以确保公司能够专注于质量，服务标准及效率和品牌意识的不断改进和完善。

• Develop individual departmental goals with timelines and performance metrics in alignment with corporate goals. Measure results through hands-on oversight. Develop an appreciation on the impact each function has on the other and the overall corporate objectives.

根据公司目标给各部门制定部门目标，并制定时间计划表和绩效考核，同时有效监督，权衡结果。评定各职能部门为实现公司总体目标或其他方面所起的作用和影响。

• Establish and maintain competitive advantage via product innovation, exemplary service standards, reducing costs and increasing margins via innovative sourcing/ vendor management/ production efficiencies and value-based pricing.

通过引进资源/供应商管理/高效生产和以价值为基础的成本核算实现产品创新，规范服务标准，减少成本和提高利润，从而建立和保持企业的竞争优势。

• Establish a market focused learning organization by continuously studying market trends, competitor activity, customer needs, technology changes, socio/ economic developments etc. Continuously evaluate and change corporate strategy, goals, and plans accordingly.

建立市场研究部，不断的掌握市场动态，竞争对手的行为，客户需求，技术革新，社会经济发展等。不断的对企业战略，目标，和计划进行评估并作相应调整。

• Develop a marketing/ sales capability which will position USMY as an innovative, high quality, high value, and customer-oriented organization and meet its aggressive sales targets.

开发市场营销能力，将盐城优仕恩定位为一个创新的，高品质的，高价值的，具有客户导向的企业，以实现公司销售目标。

• Create a Production function which provides a competitive advantage via flexible manufacturing to widen product portfolio and short, demand-driven production burst capability.

创造生产职能，该职能通过柔性生产，扩大产品组合，提高短期内需求驱动生产的爆发力，从而形成竞争优势。

• Establish financial discipline by establishing the required budgets and controls. Establish real time tracking, forecasting and reporting capabilities

• Improve cost, revenue and capital predictability by developing systems, processes and people

Knowledge, Skill and Ability:

• Knowledge of business management, business practices and customs of China

• Machining and tool manufacturing operations. Knowledge of shoe and shoe machine manufacturing industry will be an added advantage

Education:

学历：

A college degree in industrial technology/ engineering (or a degree in manufacturing operations) is a must. An MBA and any additional certifications in Supply Chain management, Quality management, Production Management will be an added advantage.

工业技术/工程类（或机械制造运营专业）本科以上学历。

持MBA或其他任何供应链管理，质量管理，生产管理方面学位证书者优先。

Working Experience*:

工作经验：

• Successful track record in building or turning around manufacturing organizations in low skilled and developing areas of China

有成功经营中国低技术发展中区域制造公司或扭亏为盈的出色业绩

• A minimum of 10+ years of direct responsibility and experience in a senior managerial role in a world class machining and tool manufacturing environment

至少10年以上世界级的机械加工制造业直线负责高级管理的经验

• 5+ years of direct manufacturing experience responsible for production of quality machines/ tools

五年以上直接负责机械生产制造的管理经验

• 5+ years of progressive experience implementing and management of methodologies such as ISO 9000, Total Quality Management or Six Sigma.

• 5+ years of experience developing successful relationships with partners including governmental bodies, international organizations, strategic relationships etc.

Supervisory Responsibility:

监督职责：

Responsible for managing the entire organization with direct responsibility for managing the heads of all functional departments. In addition, the GM will be responsible for managing the heads of cross functional and virtual teams which will be set up as the business dictates.

负责直接领导各部门经理，管理整个公司。另外，总经理还将负责管理应经营需要成立的跨职能部门及虚拟团队的经理。

Working Environment:

工作环境：

Primarily operates in an office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the GM is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, industrial machines and vehicles. The noise level in the office environment is usually quiet. Use of technology is required for meeting the position’s responsibilities. This includes phones, mobile phones, laptops, PCs, Power Point, Excel, MS Project, data bases, ERP, CRM etc. The job requires considerable national and international travel.

优仕恩盐城机械有限公司是一家09年由美国USM公司注资的制鞋企业。公司位于盐城市大冈镇第一工业园区，临近宁靖盐高速，环境优美，交通便捷。
公司主要经营生产裁断机，压合机，以及各类先进美国制鞋设备，采用美国先进技术，质量信誉兼优。
