GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist Quality Manager in developing, implementing and maintaining quality standards and records
协助质量经理制定，贯彻和维护质量标准和记录。

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (This description is not all inclusive, other duties may be assigned)

· Creates, maintains and enhance the quality documentation to stay aligned with the best practices in industry to ensure the highest quality products are created
与行业最佳范例相持平，创建，维护和完善质量文件，以确保产出质量最优的产品
· Provide guidance and expertise in the utilization of various inspection technologies including responsible for Implement audit program to measure quality performance of all production
就各种检验技术提供指导和专业知识，包括贯彻审核项目以衡量生产的质量指标
· Participate in the daily inspection process for all products
参与所有产品的日常检验工序
· Assist Purchasing in the development of quality procedures for outside vendors
协助采购部门开发供应商质量控制程序
· Conduct compliance audits, both internally and externally to verify conformance with the quality requirements
进行全面合格检验，包括表面的和内在地检验，以确保符合质量要求
· Provide guidance on application of regulatory requirements, industry codes
指导申请监管要求的审核通过和工业代码
· Assist in the maintenance of a database tracking all quality records and any other regulatory/technical records to support reliability and integrity efforts for quality
协助维护所有质量管理记录和其他监管/技术记录的追踪数据库
· Resolve day to day QA issues as they arise and report issues to management
解决日益出现的质量问题，上报给管理部门
· Promote quality awareness and continuous improvement to influence overall success
增强质量意识，不断提高完善，以促进全面成功



EDUCATION REQUIRED:
教育背景：
Bachelor Degree preferably in Engineering or Technologist Diploma in a related discipline
本科学历，有工程技术相关类学位证书者为佳

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
工作经验：

· 3 to 5 years QA experience
3至5年的质量保证工作经验
· Strong understanding of written work documents, including engineered drawings, bill of materials and isometrics
具有较强工作资料理解功底，包括设计图纸，材料清单和装配图等
· Prior experience completing audits to ISO standards and training is a plus
有ISO培训和审核经验者优先

RELATIONSHIPS WITH OTHERS:

Intermittent involvement with staff of other departments
