Job Title: Quality Inspector

Location: JiangSu Jianhu

Report to: General Manager

JOB SCOPE:

Performs a variety of Quality Assurance duties requiring high degree of knowledge of QA and shop procedures.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.

· Inspect parts in-process, finished products, and/or purchased materials for conformance to specifications.

· Observes production operations for conformance to specifications.

· Prepares and maintains records and documentation of inspection acceptance, rejection, and/or re-work requirements.

· Set up or adjust and operate inspection equipment to ensure its accuracy.

· Piece part inspection.

· Receiving inspection.

· Ability to interpret quality control specifications and schematics or drawings.

· Maintain and update files for calibrating equipment.

· Coordinate outsource/in-house equipment due for calibration.

· Maintain clean and safe working environment.

· Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.

· Performs various other duties assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

Essential

· High school diploma or GED preferred.

· Requires 5 years of job related experience.

· Must be able to test, interpret, and calibrate all related measuring equipment.

· Basic computer skills required
