Position Summary:
Work closely with hiring managers to identify the staffing needs. Fill the targeted headcounts for business; Talent market intelligence gathering and analysis. Channel and pipeline analysis and build up. Maintain talent pool.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and maintaining annually and quarterly hiring plan;
2. Manage and ensure that all job descriptions are created, documented properly and regularly reviewed to reflect updated business situation;
3. Consistent utilization of Irecruiting system in whole recruiting lifecycle;
4. Interview with hiring manages in an effectively way to make hiring decision;
5. Leverage the most effective channels on recruitment. Efficient channels management & engagement to improve lead time & quality;
6. Regular feedback, progress update and talent market information sharing to internal hiring managers;
7. Take full responsibility of offers (incl. offer proposal, issue offer letter, offer communication with candidates, etc.);
8. Handle new hire onboard issues and probation evaluation;
9. Talent pool setting-up for key or potential positions on the business requirements;
10. Lead or participate in talent Acquisition projects;
11. Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly report related staffing KPIs (fill-up rate, time to fill, time to start, offer acceptance and other recruiting metrics;
12. Actively support HR recruiting programs / projects;
13. Cooperate and work with local personnel bureau.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in English, Business Management., etc;
2. 3 years experience as recruiter either in house or in consulting firm;
3. High degree of proficiency in MS Office, Outlook & Internet applications;
4. Familiar with recruiting methodology and tools (Interview and assessment skills);
5. Basic knowledge on labor market trends;
6. Familiar with recruiting process and related HR Tools;
7. Interview and assessment skills;
8. Knowledge of HR related policies and laws. Understand business model (grasps the fundamental concepts of the business offering and the environment within which it operates);
9. Understanding of Recruiting trends and dynamics, particularly within the Sensata focused industry;
10. Good command of English both in speaking and writing.
