Position Summary：
Support maintenance of production and Max equipment utilization; Have the ability to solve issues through short / long term planning. Be in charge of site improvement project with supporting from Function manager and cross function department.
Responsibilities:
1. Keep machine in good condition, key machines achieve OEE goal and accidents should under control level;
2. Be responsible for maintenance and management of equipments, tools, electricity,
3. Making spare parts plan with reasonable usage and activities for 6S and PM on time;
4. Create and update machine operation manual as well as monitoring compliance;
5. Documentation trouble shooting and train the technicians/ key operators with tracking matrix;
6. Schedule daily and annual check, calibration, and make related report
7. Make and maintain work instruction and relevant documents
8. Participate in quality improvement, failure analysis, customer audit;
9. Experienced on automation and mechanical equipment design (new equipment / fixture / tooling and supporting installation
10. Make specification for equipment development
11. Work with team to deliver technical solutions
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree on automation / mechanical engineering background
2. Good skill of English in reading, writing and speaking.
3. Team work with excellent communication skills
4. At least 3~ 5 years of work experience on equipment engineering supervisor rule
