Brief Description
Administrates HR day-to-day operations and manages Training & Development, Performance Management and Communications.


Detailed Description


1.


1. Focus on HR modules of Training & Development, Performance Management and Communications

2. Lead and involve in core programs for talent development, performance review (CD&RA), career model

3. Assist for periodical site talent review and succession plan update

4. Align internal/external training resources and organize key leadership trainings

5. Conduct courses of soft skills as internal trainer and organize English learning activities

6. Plan and organize various employee activities and contribute to internal bulletin

7. May support other modules: staffing ,employee relationship and C&B



Job Requirements


1.


1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Human Resources, business administration or its equivalent.

a) With at least 3 years of related working experience in HR field.

b) Professional HR functional and management experience is an advance plus.

2. Solid knowledge of Labor Law, Finance and Business

3. Good communications, coordination and organization.

4. Prefer with project management experience

5. Good at design, editing the newsletter or magazine is a plus

6. Good English language ability in reading, writing and speaking.
