MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES :
?Ensure that all activities are performed in line with Givaudan's corporate compliance standards, local and National regulations and laws.
?Understand logistics for movement of bases, market samples, materials and documentations
?Prepare order entry form precisely and timely; Follow up the order closely with Shanghai SOM and Operation team and keep Sales informed immediately if there is any delay or changes.
?Feedback to customer the order status on time
?Handles and answers customers' enquiry about order status in a professional manner
?Prepare reports (eg. daily order reports, business reports, shipment reports)
?Properly manage order filing and treat all the order information strictly confidential
?Assist to office admin when she/he is on leave/ away from office.
?Communicate with OEM makers and Overseas Colleagues with regards to pricing, formula transfer in the roll out of overseas won businesses

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
?Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration and relevant major
?At least 1-2 years working experience in order management or customer service dept in an international company
?Good command of Order Entry and Customer service
?Good understanding of logistic movement including Shipments landing and boarding, market samples, materials and documentations ;Good understanding of internal process and local pricing
?Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
?Able to work with multicultural team and high confidence at presentation
?Good skill in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes and Internet
