职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES

? Responsible for the quality related issues in manufacturing plant.
? Developing & implementing a full Quality Operating System with all key measurable.
? Set up Quality System, Advance Quality Planning, control processes and PPAP documentation. Ensure that processes needed for the QMS are established, implemented and maintained.
? Undertakes continuous improvement projects: APQP, TS16949, and others as required
? Ensure the implementation of adequate evaluation tools, e.g.: Product inspection and testing, process/product audits, measurement equipment management, appropriate SPC techniques, etc.
? Responsible for the control of process, delivery of non-conforming products
? Ensure that Customer's and internal requirements are addressed, and satisfied.
? Promote Customer satisfaction/success and manage quality related issues with customers;
? Manage continuous improvement for quality related issues / processes; e.g. by evaluating and developing improved techniques for the control of the quality and reliability of the products.
? Promote awareness of the importance of the key quality related jobs within the operation;
? Provide quality related internal / external training for all employees; e.g. training for new employees.
? Production data & records collection and measuring.
? Management of quality team to achieve all the quality related performance.
? Other tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

? Bachelor degree or above in Quality/ Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgy/Foundry Engineering related area;
? Have a good understanding/knowledge about TS 16949
? Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Quality Manager or Supervisor ;
? Familiar with quality tools, such as SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP, 7 basic quality tools;
? Good capability of making Quality and Process audit
? Self-motivated and cooperative, good interpersonal skills ;
? Minimum CET-4. Fluency spoken and written skills in English;
