The candidates should be experienced in MRO, CAPEX, Office service, admin sourcing and supplier management to drive tangible results for organization

Detailed Description



1. Responsible for coordinating and executing all purchasing orders and contracts for all Non-production materials and service requests

2. Indentify proper and reliable sources to fulfill the internal customers needs on time, on budget, and the expected quality level

3. Lead MRO RFQ and Bidding project

4. Work closely with Global MRO team to meet the cost reduction, DPO etc KPI defined

5. Responsible for MRO Contract negotiations and renew

6. track Supplier performance evaluation

7 .Ensure 100% adherence to company policies and procedures



Job requirements

1. Above 3 years of experience in related areas

2. Results oriented with strong written and oral communication skills

3. Professional in enquiry, comparison, bargain, understand the technical & quality requirements of products and be able to clarify to vendors

4. Capability to fit in fast-paced and great pressure working environment
