职位描述：
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1 Lead product development team to decide technical directions and framework design . Participate regular design review to ensure best possible solution is used for new product development.
2.Review and approve new product design and new product reliability at key milestones.
3.Actively partner with marketing and 3rd party to identify new technology and technology trend for PCB and printed electronics industry.
4.Establish new technology introduction projects based on priority
5.Actively manage regulatory requirement and regulation change guide improvement for existing product and guide regulation compliance for new product development.
6.Partner with marketing to manage product roadmap and technology map. Provide input for new product development and new technology introduction prioritization.
7.Lead cross-functional team to solve major quality and reliability concerns for existing and new products.

Job requirements:
1.Bachelor degree as the minimum. Master degree is preferred. Major in mechanical and electrical engineering.
2.10 years experience in PCB, semiconductor or electronic equipment design. Experience with VC++, piezoelectric print head, Ball screw and linear guide, CCD camera, UV-LED would be helpful to fulfill the job requirement.
3.Strong planning, problem analysis and solving skills.
4.Optimistic and good communication skills.
5.Good team player.
6.Be bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferred.
