职位描述：
*Department Description
Baoying plant, facility department.

*Brief Posting Description
1、负责组织实施厂区设施的维护保养、维修、升级改造及节能管理，包括10KV变配电设备、特殊电源设备、空压机、冷干机、水冷式冷水机组、风冷式冷水机组、空气处理机组、冷却塔、水泵、照明、天然气设备、工艺冷却水、工艺排风设备、消防设施、厂房基础设施等。
Be responsible to implementing maintenance/repair/upgrade/cost saving management of plant facilities,including 10KV power station,special power supply equiplents,air compressor,cooling-dry machines,chiller,heat-pump air conditioning,AHU/MAU/FCU,cooling tower,pumps,lighting,natual gas system,PCW,process exhausting units,fire fighting system,plant infrastructure etc.
2、编制配电系统、压缩空气系统、特殊气体系统的安全操作规程、维护保养规程、维修技术规范、备件管理规范、应急处理流程，建立相关体系文件并保持其有效性，对上述专业领域的各项工作提供全面的技术支持和技术指导。
Be responsible to setting up management policy/emergency responsing process of power supply system,compressed air system,special air supply system ，building up relative facility process control documents and maintaining process effectiveness,providing adequate technical support and guidance to all the works belonging to above area.
3、组织设施值班员按照设施运行巡检程序及设施预防性维护保养程序对工厂设施进行检查维保，并保存相关记录。
Be responsible to arranging facility technican to implmenting inspecton and regular maintenance according to facility inspection procedure and preventive maintenance procedure,also keeping relative working records.
4、负责设施值班员的人员分工、日常派工和排班、加班，监督现场的维护维修工作及5S工作，并及时协调处理现场的疑难问题；负责外协施工方的现场管理，组织监督施工方的维护维修工作。
Taking charge of working division/arrangement/shifting schedule/overtime of facility workers, supervising maintenance work and 5S management,coordinating hot issues in site,being responsible to in-site management to facility contractors and supervising maintainance/repair work of contractors.
5、按照应急处理流程，组织实施关键设备当机事故、生产停产事故等应急情况的快速处置，并负责事故原因的调查及整改措施的制定。
Be responsible of organizing implementation of quick response to pivotal facilities breakdown accident and production shutdown accident according to emergency responding process,and taking charge of accident investigation and corrective action making.
6、对设施值班员的安全作业合规情况进行监督，确保现场作业的人身安全。
Be responsible to supervising safety compliance of facility technican working method,ensuring personal safety during working period.
7、指导、支持设施值班员的工作，定期开展业务培训，保持团队建设的持续优化。
Be in charge of guidancing and supporting facility technican,implementing operation training to facility technican regularly,keeping team development continuously optimizing.

Primary responsibilities include:

1、 facility electricians management: 6 peoples
2、 facilities maintenance and repair management
3、 facilities onsite improvement
4、 power system and compressed air system management
5、 vendor management and assessment
*Job Requirements
1、minimum 5 years similar experience in manufacturing plant
2、be familiar with plant power system and compressed air system
3、be good at people management and motivation

*Additional Details 1、2% travel required
2、be familiar with Microsoft office and autocad software
3、be good at English writing,listening,reading and speaking.
