Quality System Engineer/质量体系工程师
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Group quality team in Germany to implement Group’s policies and procedures at JVs in China
- Implement, maintain and update quality manual and procedures
- Define ISO/TS audit focus areas, audit check list and schedule
- Lead, plan, organize and manage internal system and process audits and follow-up for JVs in China
- Based on internal audit result, prepare corrective action report, verify and follow-up, continually optimize process and systems
- Coordinate and manage external audit (customers & 3rd Party) and follow-up for JVs in China
- Assist quality departments of JVs in China to maintain Quality systems
- Utilize statistic method to measure working quality and achieve quality objectives
- Participate in customer process/QMS audit when needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree major in mechanical or mechanical engineering
- 5 years more working experience, above 3 years quality system audit experience, auto industry preferable
- Good knowledge in TS16949 quality management system and its auditing criteria
- Familiar with statistical process control, quality assurance tools and problem solving techniques
- With internal auditor certificate for QS9000, VDA6.1,VDA6.3, ISO/TS16949
- Fluent English in oral and written both
- Skillful for MS office software
- Biz trips required
