职位描述：
工作职责：
? To manage daily shift Plant production.
负责本班次生产任务的完成及相关事务。
? To plan and monitor production within the company and to effectively supervise all production personnel within areas of responsibility.
计划并有效监管生产员工按照其职责进行生产操作
? To manage and control assigned shift to agreed Quality and Productivity Targets.
管理并分配班次来实现质量和生产率指标
? To ensure the Company Rules and Quality Policies are strictly adhered to.

Main Tasks:
主要任务
? Achieve agreed Quality and efficiency targets.
达到质量和效率的指标
? Plan daily work from Production Plan
按照生产计划做好每日计划
? To plan daily duties and issue works lists and supervise the production personnel to achieve maximum personnel performance.
每日工作计划和成果分析并管控生产员工达到其***成绩
? To follow up any problems relating to production employee performance, time keeping.
跟进任何有关生产员工绩效的问题，守时
? To follow up on problems of production machine faults, and machine faults which result in quality and efficiency problems.
跟进生产机器故障问题，以及机器故障导致的质量和效率问题
? Direct involvement in the fulfilling of the company’s responsibility in relation to Health & Safety matters.
直接参与并履行车间的健康和安全事务
? Meet shift supervisor to effect a good handover
良好的交接班
? Organise and delegate assignments to the shift team leaders and operators.
分配任务给车间班组长和操作工

? Ensure Quality Parameters are complied with in accordance with ISO and internal procedures.
确保质量参数与ISO和内部体系一致
? Ensure procedures are followed for Safety Employee Conduct
确保员工行为和车间各工序操作程序符合生产安全要求。
? Housekeeping, Timekeeping and Absenteeism of staff, in accordance with existing Company Rules.
根据公司相关规定负责车间保洁和员工考勤。
? Liaise regularly with all levels of Management and ensure thorough and accurate communication on problems.
紧密联系各管理层并有效沟通解决问题
? Be consistent with the application of disciplinary procedures as and when necessary.
必要时协调并提请对违纪员工进行纪律处分
? Any other ad hoc duties as may be requested from time to time.
可随时按要求处理其他任何相关工作职责或任务

任职要求：
1: 3 年以上纺织类企业生产管理经验。
2： 有良好的计划，组织和人员管理能力。
3：工作积极主动。
4：具有良好的沟通和协调能力。
5：英文熟练
