职位描述：
1. 日常维修 Assure daily maintenance
1) 根据设备图纸和要求，保持设备状态符合图纸要求 Making line equipment according to the drawing and technical requirements
2) 为现场生产服务，及时完成日常纠正性维修（以生产设备为主） Carry on the corrective maintenance daily service for production
3) 做好设备维修内容的记录和分析工作 Record the maintenance process and analysis the breakdown reason
2. 设备保养 Equipment maintenance
1) 按照计划进行三级、四级保养，并将保养过程中发现的问题进行及时处理或反映给主管 Execute the maintenance Level 3& Level4，repair the problem and feedback to supervisor.
2) 协助供应商进行设备大修（五级维护） Assist the contractor to implement maintenance Level 5
3) 生产线巡查，与生产线员工沟通，及时发现设备潜在问题，并及时处理 Tour production lines, communication with operator, find problem and solve it before breakdown.
4) 生产线巡查，及时发现操作者对设备的不正当操作，制止并反馈到设备工程师 Check and find the wrong equipment operation of operator on time, and feedback to Equipment Engineer.
3. 技术改进 Technical Improvement
1) 协助供应商进行设备安装调试，发现设备问题并协助供应商改进 Assist the contractor to install the equipments, find the problem and support supplier improve.
2) 研究生产线状况，对经常出现的问题和重大问题，提出改进计划并实施改善行动 Study the equipment condition, search the improvement method and implement the action.
3) 协助GAP小组,对设备进行合理化改造 Assist GAP to make continuous improvement at improvement idea.
4. 预防保养文件内容和计划制定及更新 Pre-maintenance document and plan establish and update
1) 制作预防保养相关文件 Establish pre-maintenance document and plan
2) 根据设备维修和保养情况及时更新设备维护指导书和维护计划 Update maintenance instruction and plan according to maintenance and pre-maintenance activity
3) 协助工程师编制设备备件清单 Assist the Engineer to make the equipment spare parts list
5. 附加和其它工作任务Other and Specific Missions
1) 附加和其它工作任务Other and Specific Missions
2) 保证和部门经理和其他部门的透明和及时沟通Ensure transparent and timely communication with Dept, Manager and other staff
3) 部门经理交给的其他临时工作Other temporary job given by Dept Manager
