职位描述：
1.1 responsibility for AMT Project implement and plan to develop the technology
1.2 train the Process Engineer and operator how to implement the AMT result.
1.3 take in the AMT meeting and communicate with other site to push forward the project.
1.4 summary any ECO project and update the document, host the ECO project meeting monthly.
1.5 summary and update the AMT project status .
1.7 Apply statistical methods and perform product/process analysis for cost reduction, quality improvement, and improved efficiency.
1.8 Represent manufacturing/engineering on cross-functional teams.
1.9 Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.
岗位要求：
5.1 Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing techniques.
5.2 CAD/CAM proficiency.
5.3 Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ProE, Unigraphics or similar programs.
5.4 Machine tooling design and molding.
5.5 Project Management: ability to organize and manage multiple products through manufacturing process.
5.6 Quality orientation and high attention to detail.
5.7 Ability to work with vendors, customers and employees.
5.8 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5.9 Experience working with high performance teams.
5.10 Ability to maintain a safe work environment.
