German AUNDE Group is producing Textile fabrics and complete Seat covers for
the Automotive industry worldwide. We are now looking for a Textile fabric
designer based in Shanghai, Japanese speaking is a must, and Japan nationality
is also welcome

Responsibilities:

-To be responsible of fabric design、textile structure analysis、engineering
technology;
-Trend and theme analysis, act as a team player to create and develop seasonal
trendy fashion with other colleagues;
-Contact customer’s departments of design, technique and purchase for product
development;
-Samples production, follow up and dealing with factories;
-Coordination of all aspects of products design and development in-house;
-To ensure all design work standard and style possess the company’s brand
image and positioning;
-To maintain effective communication with the whole development team and
merchandising team to ensure concepts are clear and deadlines can be
achieved.

Requirements:
-Applicant should be a textile design graduate with a fair knowledge for yarns,
weave, fabric constructions and the looms;
-With knowledge in textile and graphic software, be proficient in using Jacquards
& Dobby looms integrated with software system, and to be able to make patterns
as well as simple designs、 color separation、and artworks;
-Proficient mastery of both oral and written English;
-With background and experience in project management is a plus;
-Excellent computer skills i.e. Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
-3-5 years experience in multinational company, preferred in automotive
background;
-Good communication skills and strong team-work spirit;
-Willing for business trips.
