Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the
following:
- Works with internal stakeholders and external recruiters to facilitate the search process and
provide professional service to meet hiring targets.
- Proactively build external talent pipeline & talent market insight.
- Generates a good experience of hiring to all business managers and candidates.
- Develops and implements HR talent acquisition programs, such as Campus
Recruitment Program, Branding, Pipeline planning, etc.
- Manages candidate pool, reports and track all requisitions in the process.
- Optimize lead time and cost as well as vendor management

Summary of Experience
- 5 years + progressive experience in recruiting functions
- Executive search experience in Food related industry is an advantage
- Proficient in English is required
