职位描述
As a Consultant, you will be expected to nurture the business network in China and across various business lines, maintain client relationships, plan, design, interpret and report data to existing and new clients. You will work directly with managers and senior executive leadership of large firms to evaluate and develop optimal solutions. You are expected to station in Shanghai.
Performance Objectives:
Clients:
1. Deliver superior, consistent project management for multiple, marquee clients:
2. Write proposals involving multiple workflow streams and client teams
3. Direct sales to HR and senior management teams
4. Serve as the day to day project lead, ensuring the progress of the team against established objectives, budget, timeline, deliverables and quality standards
5. Interface with colleagues from other practices and regions on assignments that reflect the client’s broader business issues
6.Develop a trusted advisor relationship with client contacts through effective communication and efficient, quality execution of projects
7. Serve as primary, daily contact to clients on delivery of services
8. Manage client expectations and raise appropriate issues to Senior Leadership and Client Relationship Managers
Excellence:
1. Provide valued-added consulting expertise on large sophisticated projects
2.Collaborate and contribute to the development, design and implementation of employee survey programs
3. Contribute to the development of new tools and approaches
Financial:
1.Meet sales revenue and billable hour goals as described by manager
2. Support the generation of new business as part of the broader team
3. Develop new business opportunities and enhance existing relationships
4. Directly contribute to clients’ success through applying your technical expertise
People:
1. Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams
2. Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients/colleagues at all levels.
