Performance Objectives:
Clients ：
1. Partner with consultants on client projects across multiple industries and HR functional areas
2. Participate and assist the senior consultants in providing consulting services in areas of strategy clarification, organization development, performance management, compensation programs, competency modeling, corporate culture etc
3.Analyze human resource and business processes, and make recommendations for improvement
4. Increase efficiency within client teams by identifying ways to improve processes
5. Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients/colleagues at all levels

Excellence ：
1. Develop technical knowledge and skills in the area of Rewards
2.Deliver on projects to meet or exceed client expectations

Financial ：
1. Meet chargeable hours targets
2. Contribute to sales and marketing efforts by supplying information for proposals

People ：
1. Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams
2.3-5 years of experience with an HR consulting firm, or a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in an in-house Human Resources Independent professional role (experience as an HR Trainee in an MNC or as an auditor will be an advantage).

6. Passion to acquire, share and disseminate new information and knowledge
7. Bachelor degree or above from reputable universities
8. Good command of both written and oral English and Mandarin
