职位描述
As a Rewards , Talent and Communication Leader ,you will be primarily responsible for leading and delivering large, strategic client engagements and serving as strategic advisor to clients in your areas of subject matter expertise. You’ll also be asked to contribute your thought leadership to the overall development of the Rewards practice and act as a coach and mentor for more junior associates.
Performance Objectives:
Clients
? Serve as the senior Reward Consultant on projects, ensuring that the Reward strategy aligns with the overall human capital strategy
? Develop and maintain selected key accounts and trusted client relationships at a senior level in a way that results in long term client relationships with multiple lines of business across practices
? Project Manage multiple and complex engagements in a way that ensures profitable revenue for Towers Watson, associate engagement and development and high client satisfaction
? Think strategically in partnering with clients to form unique approaches to solving their business problems
? Provide high quality consulting advice, technical content and deliverables to senior leaders in client companies.
? Finalize and present quality deliverables to the client
Excellence
? Contribute to the development, design and implementation of Reward programs and practices
? Nurture your profile as a thought leader in the sphere of Reward, through various public relations initiatives that build a strong brand image for our Reward business and contribute towards enhancing the Towers Watson brand and market position in the region.
? Provide insight, judgment and intellectual capital to the Reward business and local office teams
? Be a positive role model of Towers Watson values and contribute to building an employer of choice culture of top performing associates committed to client satisfaction, teamwork and excellence in all that is done
Financial
? Assess the marketplace for client opportunities, then nurture qualified leads into profitable new business wins
? Support the Director for Talent & Reward in creating and executing a strategy for penetrating the local and regional market and introducing new clients to the firm in order to meet annual revenue goals
? Identify opportunities to cross-sell new products and services
? Coordinate with existing sales and client relationship management teams to identify, develop and close strategic sales opportunities
? Build relationships with internal and external sources to maximize the penetration of key target accounts
People
? Lead Reward engagements, developing leveraged teams that work together effectively and project plans for execution of large, global, engagements
? Demonstrate extensive leadership ability by effectively mentoring other consultants
? Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams
The Requirements
? Experience of leading a team of 20-30 various of associates
? Minimum 10 years' experience in a compensation & benefits consulting, or senior compensation roles in a blue chip Corporation,
? Excellent academic credentials (e.g. MBA, law, accounting, or actuarial science degrees, certification such as CCP or equivalent).
? Proven compensation consulting success in areas including incentive compensation, stock-based compensation, annual incentives, base salary structures, job evaluation, design of base / variable pay programs, design of equity compensation programs, and analysis of complex pay issues.
? Excellent analytical skills both in terms of logic of reasoning and analysis of numerical and financial data
? An executive presence with polished and well developed oral and written communication skills
? Fluent in English and Native in Mandarin
? Strong client relationship skills: the ability to influence senior management and the ability to work across all levels of an organization
? Demonstrated capacity to propose and win profitable new business
? Proven ability to lead and develop teams of high performing consulting professionals
? Mentoring/coaching skills
? Self driven achiever with ability to work with ambiguity
? Flexibility and proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues
? Demonstrated value for diversity, excellence and integrity in all that is done
? Working knowledge of Excel, MS Project, MS Word
? Bachelor degree required, MBA preferred
? Interest and ability to travel
