Position: Manager of Business Development
Location: Shanghai

Main responsibilities:

1.Support VP and Director of business development to coordinate cross-functional execution of business projects such as mergers & acquisitions, strategic partnerships, alliances and joint ventures.
2.Prepare deal analysis and rationale for top management review.
3.Work in close co-operation with the management teams in order to value the target, the potential synergies.
4.Provide strategy development, origination, structuring, valuation, negotiation and closing of acquisitions.
5.Coordinate the Due Diligence process with the company's external consultants and internal team.
6.Responsible for direct M&A activity plus supporting and coaching others in a team environment.
7.Actively participate in the negotiations and coordinate with the legal team the drafting of the legal documentation with a clear responsibility for the financial aspects of the transaction.
8.Ensure smooth transition with the integration team and prepare the post transaction supporting documents.


Requirements:

1.Minimum 5 years of working experience (3 years for manager) with substantial hands-on Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) experience, extensive experience in a cross-functional business environment with direct reports preferred.
2.Master's in finance preferred
3.Multiple-language proficiency desired.
4.Strong Financial modeling and analytical skill and executive level presentation experience is a must.
5.Demonstrated skill base as deal leader in originating, facilitating, structuring, negotiating, and closing complex financial transactions.
6.Strong oral, written and communication skills.
7.Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
8.Demonstrated IT application skills (MS Office Suite) - Work, Excel and PowerPoint.
