RESPONSIBILITIES
? Distribute and keep the labor protection equipment (PPE), uniforms for shop floor. Collect the requirements amount, make the timely application/distribution and maintain a reasonable stock.
? Manage the workshop dressing room and proper distribution of dressing cabinets
? Administration of Security Guards. Conduct the monthly training, supervise the performance of security guards and give the proper guidance for daily issues.
? Handle the emergency of the campus security issues, report timely.
? Connection with government departments to ensure the compliance of the policy and good communication with government. Support the application/register procedures and reactive effectively.
? Handle with the annual EHS inspections, as a coordinator with the site EHS specialists for specific EHS information from government.
? Assist with implementation of training，supervise the shop floor OTCP process to ensure the site operators get efficient onboard skill training.
? Involve in the orientation training process and conduct the related training sections as required.
? Support on recruitment process and ensure the timely human resource providing.
? Keep the key documents (license, certificates, and relate legal documents) for company and make them good filing and timely updating.
? Monthly updates for HR database and make out the reports.
? Participate in company HR projects per request
? Other tasks assigned by the manager

QUALIFICATIONS
? College or above, majored in Human Resources, Administration or Safety Engineering.
? Good communication and inter-personal skills - develops effective working relationship and interacts with others within and across functions and levels.
? Independent, self-motivated and good team player.
? Good oral & written communication skill both in English and Mandarin is a must.
? Good command of computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
