主要工作职责及任务Main Responsibilities & Tasks.

项目物流管理 Management of program logistic
1) 制定外部MIFD目标 Make initial target external MIFD
2) 与PML一同制定内部MIFD目标 Work with PML to make initial target internal MIFD
3) 新项目阶段，与物料计划团队合作订立实施FES标准的行动计划 Set up action plan for implementation of FES standards and tools on procurement flow with material planner team leader for new program
4) 基于FES要求，与供应商及客户订立协议 Sign off logistics agreement with suppliers and customer based on FES standard requirement
5) 跟踪新项目的SAP信息 Follow up the computerization of new program information for SAP running
6) 每周准备项目的PDP计划，跟踪PDP达成率并制定改进计划 Weekly prepare program PDP, weekly review the PDP% and lead improvement actions
7) 在项目阶段，管理客户需求并保证原材料的供应 During program phase, manage customer demand and ensure ram material supply to reach on time delivery
8) 保证新项目的顺利交接 Ensure smooth program transfer with SOP team before program GR3
2. 其他Others
处理部分ERP数据录入工作 Handing some data maintain in ERP
3. 附加和其它工作任务Other and Specific Missions
1) 遵守健康安全环境规定 Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations
直属经理交给的其他临时任务 Other temporary task arranged by Line Manager

岗位任职资格Position Qualification

1. Excel, Word等办公软件的使用 Use Excel, Word… Officer software
2. ERP系统的使用 ERP system use
3. MRP (物料生产计划)的逻辑理解 MRP logistic understanding
4. BOM 的了解 BOM understanding
5. 包装要求,零件运输过程保护要求Package demand, protection demand during transportation.
6. JIT Window 的使用Understand and use JIT Window to analysis customer demand
7. 供应商管理和供货业绩评估能力 Supplier management and delivery performance assessment skill
8. 本科以上学历，英语流利，3年以上制造业项目物流管理相关工作经验 Bachelor Degree above, flunet English, 3 years above Program Logistic Management related working experience in manufacturing industry
