职位描述
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for system development to meet AUTOMOTIVE compliance.
2. Analyzes, solves and controls production quality problems on time to meet the customer requirements as ZERO PPM challenge.
3. Customer communication (including teleconference and face to face meeting) for complaint handling, project related issues.
4. Coordinates PPAP and provides PPAP documents to customer. Coordinates team to ensure on time delivery of FA and 8D report to customer.
5. Monitors and keeps the implementation of quality control system with VDA tool application.
6. Drive the internal team for quality case investigation and ensure the corrective actions implemented and operators follow-up.
7. Collects and analyzes quality data to make sure continuous improvement in production process.
8. Ensure customer special requirement flow down and maintain the customer portal.
9. Takes the leadership for customer audit.
REQUIREMENTS
1. B. S. degree or above, majoring in ME, EE or other equivalent ones.
2. At least 3 Years of quality functions, and good knowledge of ISO 9000 quality system / TS16949.
3. 2 years or above working experience on automotive industry, familiar with AIAG manual: APQP, FMEA, MSA, PPAP, SPC.
4. Be familiar with core quality tools such as SPC/MSA/PFMEA/8D/5Why/
5. Fishbone/Minitab, etc.
6. Certified TS internal auditor is preferred.
7. Program manager experience is preferred.
8. Abundant assembly/function test/customer service experience is preferred.
9. 6 Sigma Green Belt or above is preferred.
10. Good English language ability in reading, writing and speaking.
