此岗位工作地点：扬州市宝应县

RESPONSIBILITIES

? Material Planning based on business forecast, customer order and production scheduling to ensure materials availability.

? Production planning implement planned production schedules, labor loading and capacity requirements.

? Coordinate with manufacturing, purchasing, supplier, SQE, CS, BCS, etc.

? Inventory control (RAW/WIP/FG).

? Independently working with Global team, attend meeting, find opportunity and seek solution to fix the issues.

? Define tactics, working with team to meet global planning metrics (NOTD/DOH/E&O reductions).

? Coordinate resource to support production line move and startup projects.

? Master at all kinds of Global report, data extraction to support planning related analysis.

? System maintenance.

REQUIREMENTS

? Bachelor’s degree or above:

? Oracle/ERP maintenance and Excel operating skill.

? Positive, open-minded, good communication skills and team work spirit.

? Strong planning and organization skills, ability to multi-task. Self directed and driven for success (result oriented). Ability to effectively communicate to both internal and external customers.

? Willing to learn and driving for result.

? English language ability in reading, writing and speaking.

? Japanese language ability in reading, writing and speaking
