Job Description （Attn: this job post will based at 常州金坛）
1. Responsible for manufacturing cost management, including annual budget planning, quarterly forecast, monthly actual tracking and reconciliation;
2. Partner with Production Department for efficiency improvement and manufacturing cost optimization;
3. Lead monthly TCP (Total Cost Productivity) reporting process, to facilitate management review;
4. Perform new project Transfer Price estimation with clear reconciliation to facilitate decision making;
5. Cost data collection and filing for engineering project, plus cost-analysis combined with the budget; Cost accounting and settlement for the completed project;
6. Account Receivable management for the engineering project;
7. Variances analysis includes process order variance, purchase price variance and cost center variance;
8. Perform complex business case analysis, highlight major risks & opportunities, and provide practical advice for value creation;
9. Drive better control of inventory, including monitoring stock accuracy, production scrap and chasing continuous improvement;
10. Overhead cost review and control;
11. Responsible for Fixed-assets and Lead Fixed-assets counting and find out reasons of differences;
12. Responsible for costing month-end closing, monthly reporting related to costing and fixed assets
13. Responsible for internal control compliance, reporting accuracy and timeliness
14. Make tax reporting, statutory accounts reporting, IFRS gap accounts and its reconciliation
15. Develop annual operating plan, budget, quarterly/monthly forecast and weekly review
16. Provide meaningful analysis of the plant performance and support management team in
driving corrective/improvement actions to meet all KPIs (i.e. orders, sales, operating income,
17. Other tasks assigned by supervisor and support other necessary projects.

Job Requirement
1. Bachelor degree, major in Accounting or Finance, at least 5 years related work experience in manufacturing company；
2. Strong financial analysis, critical thinking and problem solving skills
3. Sound understanding of China reporting and tax regulation
4. Good knowledge of PRC and IFRS accounting standards, taxation and SAFE regulations
5. Solid knowledge and practice in cost control
6. Skilled with EXCEL and other office automation software, skilled in the operation of the relevant financial software or ERP, SAP experience is preferred;
7. Well understand manufacturing operation;
8. Familiar with each financial audit and have good reporting skills
9. The personality is bright, careful, cautious and responsible, logical thinking ability. Excellent analytical skill with strong numerical sense;
10. Has the good professional ethics、Good communication and coordination abilities;
11. Fast learner with strong teamwork spirit, service oriented, positive, outgoing;
12. Fluent English in both speaking and writing;
13. Changhou HuKou is preferred.
