Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

- Ensure timely submission for corporate financial package, such as Statutory reports, Internal Management Report, etc
- Coaching Finance team to be in line with the principle of Accounting & Reporting (PRC & Givaudan) through establishment financial processes and procedure
- Coordinate business process improvement project ( product cost, inventory, margin, cash flow, etc)
- Coordinate in preparation of annual operating budget

Education & Experience Requirements:

- Bachelor or above in Accounting, Finance
- 7 to 10 working experience with At least 4-5 years experience in a supervisory or management role within the Finance Department, preferable in chemical manufacturing plant
- Working knowledge of Yongyou (用友财务软件) ERP system is preferred
- Good Skills in excel, word & ppt
- Good command of English and Mandarin in both verbal and writing
- Self-motivated and independent with high integrity
- Detail and accuracy oriented
- Hardworking and able to work under pressure

Working Location: Bin Hai County, Yan Cheng City, Jiangshu Province
